We offer complete systems of products and services for the reliable anticorrosive protection of surfaces in processing areas, collection basins and warehouses. The materials are adapted to the specific requirements of each industry and are designed to withstand acids, chemicals, alkalis, large temperature swings, mechanical stress and cleaning agents.

Synthetic resin finishes with mineral aggregates, laid 1 to 3 mm thick, usually with smooth, high-gloss surfaces. They are quick to apply and available in a wide range of colours. With suitable additives, matt or anti-slip surfaces can also be achieved. Most applications use epoxy and vinyl ester resins.
These divide into systems reinforced with glass-fibre layers and a high mineral content, and hand-applied systems. Glass-fibre-reinforced systems have a high mechanical capacity and are the right solution when the substrate tends to crack over time. The other smooth finishes are often used as wear-resistant finishes.
For floors under extreme mechanical loads, epoxy resin screeds are recommended. They are laid 6 to 20 mm thick, by hand or by machine — simply, quickly and uniformly.
Combinations of reaction resins with fibrous materials (glass fibre, textiles), with high mechanical durability and greater layer thickness. They can be used, for example, to bridge cracks in concrete elements that need finishing. Evenly laid glass fibres increase mechanical strength in every direction. Furan, phenolic, vinyl ester and epoxy resins are used.
Application starts from a blasted concrete substrate, followed by a primer and the coating or smoothing layer. Laminated systems add successive layers of resin with glass fibre and a final sealing coat.
