They are highly resistant to mineral acids, alkalis, highly aggressive chemicals, diffusion, saturated water vapour, nitrogen oxide, caustic soda, oxidising agents and solvents.

Rubber lining is the application of a rubber sheet to concrete or metal (carbon steel or stainless steel), using special equipment and dedicated primers and adhesives. The rubber lining system is chosen according to the chemical, thermal and mechanical stress.

Vulcanization is the process through which the applied rubber reaches its final properties: elasticity, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. Rubber sheets are vulcanized hot or cold, depending on the chosen system and the conditions in the installation.

Pre-vulcanized rubber is supplied already vulcanized and is bonded directly to the surface with dedicated adhesives, without any further heat treatment. It is used where on-site vulcanization is not possible, for example on large equipment or equipment in operation.

Acid-proof brickwork is a lining system of acid-proof bricks and ceramic tiles laid in chemically resistant grouts and mortars. It is used in areas with high temperatures and severe abrasion, and is often installed over a membrane or a rubber lining as a double-barrier system.

Acid-resistant lining provides reliable surface protection, extended service life, very good thermal resistance in transit areas, and resistance to heavy traffic, wear and chemical stress. It is used for storage tanks, neutralisation basins, pickling lines, under sulphuric acid production plants and in autoclaves.

They are solvent-free, two-component materials made of microceramic particles reinforced with nanoparticles, based on novolac resins. They are designed for extremely aggressive environments and extreme temperatures.

We use several types of acid-resistant mortars, chosen according to the chemical environment and the operating temperature: – epoxy resin mortars – furan resin mortars – polyurethane resin mortars – vinyl ester (polyester) resin mortars – silicate mortars They are suitable for phosphoric and sulphuric acid plants, reaction vessels and basins, pickling and galvanizing systems, tanks, and storage or production areas. They offer excellent chemical resistance, including at extreme temperatures.
